External markings designate is as "GRID 60 WATT POWER SUPPLY MODEL 34170 USED IN GRIDCASE 1200, 1307, 1500 AND 3403 DRIVE". It also notes that it is "MICROENERGY P/N 10-0062". Microenergy were a designer and manufacturer of power supplies, now owned by Honeywell. Likely the PCB was subcontracted to them.
