Pea, Ham, and Mint Soup

A nice smooth soup; very tasty. The recipe calls for mint but I've never included it.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat peas, mint, ham, and potatos in the stock for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and blend until smooth.
  3. Season with salt and pepper; add olive oil and creme fraiche, then blend briefly before serving.
