- 110ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of one lemon
- 1tsp dried basil
- 30 prawns, peeled and deveined
- Mix together olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and basil. Add prawns and stir to coat. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Thread prawns onto skewers and cook for 3-5 minutes, turning once, until pink.
