Ingredients
- 2ox pudding rice
- 3/4 pint milk
- 2tblsp sugar
- 1 small knob butter
- Cinnamon
Method
- In glass dish combine rice, butter, sugar and milk.
- Heat in microwave at 650W for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle over cinnamon and transfer uncovered to preheated oven at 150C for 50 minutes or until pudding is soft and creamy.
