Tuna Steaks

Ingredients
- 450g tuna steak
- 120ml soy sauce
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 2tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Black pepper
Method
- Mix ingredients in flat dish to make marinade. Place tuna in and turn to coat. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes, then turn and baste with marinade. Cook for additional 5 minutes for until done. Discard remaining marinade.
